Our chic gathering spaces and top-notch customer service make having events at recoop delightful. Some events that we have hosted are baby showers, pre/post bachelorette parties, wedding showers, team builders, corporate events, and birthdays. Can I bring food into the spa?
We do allow low odor food to be brought into the spa such a sandwiches, cupcakes, cakes, and cheese. The service charge for this is $50 which will allow you to have an event coordinator to help you plan the event, the use of a small table for food and drink, 15mins to set up/15mins to clean up, and for us to do a final clean up after your party leaves.
How do I secure my appointments?
To secure your appointments, we would need the names of the guests, the services each guest would like, and the requested party start time. Once we have all the necessary information, we will reserve the appointments and a 50% deposit will be required to hold the appointments. Please note, for group bookings our cancellation policy is 72hours.
Can you help me arrange for food and beverage for my event?
We would be happy to help you arrange for food and beverage for private parties. We have plenty of great options in downtown Bellevue.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
We currently do not offer any discounts for group bookings, however, we have great spa packages available.
Can I decorate for my event?
You are welcome to bring decorations for your event and may set up 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, which is usually the first service time. We do not allow decorations to be fastened to the wall.
Can I rent out the entire spa for a private event? Can I rent out just the nail studio?
If you would like to reserve the entire spa or nail studio for an event, we would charge a rental fee as well as for services. We are able to put together a proposal for you that could include food, beverage, and spa services. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not wish to hold a private party, your privacy depends on how many clients we have scheduled that day. As we may have other clients in spa, we ask that you respect other guests by maintaining spa appropriate voice levels.
Can I rent out the entire spa for a private event after hours?
After hours space rental is $100/hour which includes the use of the space and clean up afterwards. No spa treatments will be provided during after hours space rentals. For more information please contact .
