Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation. This is to ensure you have enough time to check in, fill out any necessary check in forms, and maximize your spa treatment time. Download the check in forms here to expedite the process.
To maximize your treatment time, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Unfortunately arriving late means that your treatment time will be shortened as the treatment will still end at the scheduled time.
Recoop Bellevue has validated parking up to three hours in the Avalon Towers Visitor parking garage. The parking garage is located behind the building. Heading west on NE 10th St, turn left in the alleyway between Core Power Yoga and 23 Fit Club. The parking garage is the last garage on your left that says Avalon Towers Visitor Parking.
Recoop Seattle only has street parking, we suggest you look for street parking on the side streets off of Eagle St or Broad St off of 1st Ave. Please plan ahead for time to find parking as we don't want to cut into your service time.
While we hate to miss you, if you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged for the full treatment cost.
Our therapists work hard and appreciate gratuity you leave. Typically, spa guests leave between 18-22%.
We will gladly accept unopened items with receipt up to 30 days of the original purchase date. For skin care products, we will accept opened items with receipt up to 30 days of the original purchase date if there was an adverse skin reaction to the product.
As we want to maintain a tranquil environment, cellular phones are not allowed in the treatment rooms and should be on silent mode everywhere else in the spa, including the nail studio.
We know you have a busy life and sometimes that means working while at the spa. You may use your laptop in the nail studio or relaxation room if you choose.
We recommend you leave valuables at home. Recoop does not take any responsibility for any valuables brought into the spa, including items left in our lockers.
Medical Conditions and Pregnancy
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical ailments you have so we can make the necessary adjustments to treatments and/or recommend other treatments that are better suited for your needs. If you are pregnant, please let our concierge know during booking or upon arrival. Please note that we do not perform massages during the first trimester of pregnancy.
