Arrival Expectations
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation, especially if you are new to the spa. This is to ensure you have enough time to check in, fill out any necessary in-take forms, and maximize your spa treatment time.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late means that your treatment time could be shortened if there is no wiggle room past the original appointment time.
Cancellations/No Shows
While we hate to miss you, if you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid accruing our cancellation fee. Cancelling on the same day means you will be charged for the full treatment cost. No show appointments will be charged the full treatment cost as well; no exceptions.
Product Return Policy
We will gladly accept unopened items with receipt up to 30 days of the original purchase date. For skin care products, we will accept opened items with receipt up to 30 days of the original purchase date if there was an adverse skin reaction to the product.
Cellular Phones
As we want to maintain a tranquil environment, cell phones should be on vibrate or silent mode when in the spa. Please be mindful and respectful of both the staff and other visitng clientele, especially if a phone call must be taken.
Laptops
We know you have a busy life and sometimes that means working while at the spa. You may use your laptop in the nail studio or relaxation room if you choose, so long as the volume is muted.
Valuables
We recommend you leave valuables at home. Recoop does not take any responsibility for any valuables brought into the spa, including items left in our lockers.
Medical Conditions and Pregnancy
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical ailments you have so we can make the necessary adjustments to treatments and/or recommend other treatments that are better suited for your needs. If you are pregnant, please let our concierge know during booking or upon arrival. Please note that we do not perform massages during the first trimester of pregnancy.
